Family house - Jinačovice

The Bachelor thesis is focused on creation of a plan for the family house, which is located on sloping terrain in the newly developing part of the village Jinačovice on the plot No. 740/10. There is the southern slope, also the entrance to the house is south oriented. The family house has three floors and it is designed for a family of five or six. The whole building is found on the basic reinforced concrete belts, then it is bricked from Porotherm system and roofed by clicking roof. Movement between individual floors is made possible by a concrete staircase.
New building family house

This bachelor´s thesis is concerned with the creation of a plan for a detached house in Čermná. The building is designed as a two-storey house on an almost flat terrain which follows the gentle slope oriented towards the south. The entrance of the house is oriented towards the west. In the same section of the house there is also a dressing room, guest room, bathroom with a toilet, utility room, staircase hall, living room, dining room with a kitchenette and pantry. Opossite of the entrance there is also a garage with a its separate entrace. On the second floor there is a private zone which consists of two children´s rooms, a bedroom and a study. On the same floor a hall, bathroom with a toilet and spa are located together with the entry to a green roof. Social and private zones are oriented towards the south which offers a nice view. Vertical structures are designed from clay hollow bricks. The ceiling above the lowest level is made of clay system Heluz Miako with a concrete slab. The building is covered with warm flat roof with a slope of 3%.

This bachelor´s thesis is concerned with the creation of a plan for a detached house. The building is designed as a free-storey house on a sloping terrain facing the south side. The entrance of the house is oriented the north-eastern side. In the same section of the house there is also vestibule, garage, hallway with staircase, bathroom with a toilet, guest room, a children room, workroom, living room with dinning room and kitchen with access to the terace. On the sekond floor there is a priváte priváte zone whitch consists of children room, a bedroom with dressing room, toilet, bathroom and werehause for needs. In the underground floor there is technical room, a food store, corridor with shelves, sitting with kitchenette, toilet, relaxation room and garden tools. In the underground floor are two extrances to the garden. Social and private zones are oriented towards the south and east which offers a nice view. Vertical structures are designed from clay hollow bricks. The ceilings are composed of panel spiroll. The building is covered above the 1st floor with a vegetation roof with a slope of 2% and over the 2nd floor with a hut roof made of trussed trusses.
Detached house in Jemnice

The bachelor´s thesis deals with the design of a detached house in Jemnice. The new building is designed as a three-storey house with two above-ground and one underground floors. The entrance to the house is oriented to the east side. In this part there is a staircase with a stairway and a passage to the corridor, from where romms are accessible on the southeast and southwest side and hygienic facilities on the northwest side. The living rooms have a terrace with a swimming pool. In the basement there is a technical room, a storage room and a gym with a toilet and a shower. On the 2nd floor, the children's rooms are oriented to the southwest side, the bedroom is on the southeastern side and the sanitary facilities are on the northwest side. The vertical structures are made of ceramic blocks HELUZ. The ceilings are composed of HELUZ panels, one the panels there are the floors and roofs. The roofs have a slope of 1.66%.
